How do I create a virtual card?
Go to Dashboard → Wallet → Virtual Cards → Click "Create New Card". Choose amount, set card name & expiry preferences, then fund instantly from your wallet balance.
My airtime/data purchase failed but money was deducted
This is uncommon but can happen due to network issues. Contact support within 30 minutes with your transaction ID — most cases are auto-resolved or refunded within 5–15 minutes.
How long do refunds take?
Instant refunds (failed transactions) usually reflect in 5–30 minutes. Bank/card refunds may take 1–7 working days depending on your bank.
I forgot my password – how do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email or phone number and follow the reset link/instructions sent to you.
Can I sell gift cards I bought elsewhere?
